Is there any minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
No, we have no minimum order requirement, so you can print as few or as many shirts as you need.
How long does it take to complete an order?
It depends on the order quantity, printing method, etc. Our standard processing time is 3-7 working days (not include posting).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, FPX, and e-wallet payments for your convenience.
What types of designs or files do you accept?
For DTF Printing and screen printing, we accept PNG, AI, PDF, or PSD files with high resolution and transparent or vectorized artwork.
As for Embroidery, we accept any file as long as the image was clear enough.
Can I make changes after confirmation of orders?
Yes, changes can be made before we start production with extra charges. Please contact us as soon as possible to avoid delays.
